Car parking; occupants of the Loft House can be assured that they will always have parking space in the event of public spaces being full; the owners have a private space available at a short distance from the house. Public car parking is payable.
Without bringing your car? There is easy access by train (to Penzance) and then by bus (presently a half hourly service).

Towels; an ample supply of towels is included in the rental charge. These towels are for in-house use. Please bring your own beach towels.

Bed linen; all included and changed weekly at no charge.

Please ask for short breaks; they might be available

Payment in pounds sterlings according to the schedule below

• A deposit of 25% of the total rental cost should be sent with the booking form, and is deductable from the full cost of your stay. In the event of cancellation, the deposit will not be returned.
• Please advise us of your estimated arrival time so that you will be met, shown around the house, and given the keys.
• Final payment by cheque, must be received 10 days before occupancy.
• The owners reserve the right to charge for replacement keys, for damage to contents, other damage and for the cost of returning left items.

Eligibility

• The Loft House is not available to single sex groups of more that three people under the age of 25.
• Under no circumstances is the owner responsible for injury or loss suffered by occupants of the Loft House.
• Arrival and departure; from 3pm on arrival date until 10am on departure date.

Obligations of the hirer

• Not to exceed the number of people listed on the booking form.
• To ensure that the Loft House is left clean and tidy.
• Not to disturb neighbours with loud music or noisy behaviour.
• To grant the owner access to the house , if needed.
• To ensure all keys are returned.
